Shifting Ground

At low tide

This shifting ground

shaped by water

wind

astral and other bodies

calls and responds

reflects on our image

reflecting our days

marvels at the seeming source

of distinctions

What numberless

wondering worlds

are obscured

by this

bright orb?

What grounds them?

  1. Cool, “numberless wondering worlds”, obscured by our petulant hubristic “distinctions” that deny “shifting ground”…

Yes! Wow. Either you’re a mind reader or I’m something like a poet.
